THE AGENDA OF THE MEETING:
1. Optimization of Community's name. Discussion and approval of membership statement and
fundamental structure of ICHP.
2. Approval of Mrs. Maryam Alamova, PhD (France) as a member of ICHP.
3. The report of Maryam Alamova about the problems, prospects of development and status of
hirudotherapy in France.
4. Discussion and approval of the Cooperation program for development of hirudopractice and
hirudotherapy in France. Foundation of the working group.
5. Approval of Mrs. Gulnara Ildusovna Saphiullina, PhD (Russia) as an expert member of the
International expert committee.
RESOLUTIONS:
As a result of the meeting stated the following:
1. To approve change of Community's name to «International community of hirudopractitioners» ICHP
in short. To amend the logo, form design and stamp of the organization accordingly.
2. To approve the Fundamental structure of ICHP and Regulation of ICHP on membership (applications
¹1, ¹2). According to stated Regulation to issue basic members the Certificate of ICHP membership.
3. Approve Mrs. Maryam Alamova as an ICHP associated member according to the statement from
11.03.2014. Upon the approval to issue Mrs. Maryam Alamova the ICHP associated membership
certificate.
4. To approve the International cooperation program on the development of scientifically based hirudopractice and hirudotherapy in France, 2014-2017.
5. To approve Mrs. Gulnara Ildusovna Saphiullina, PhD (Russia) as a member of the International
expert committee of hirudotherapy and hirudopractice. Upon the approval to issue her Certificate the
ICHP expert membership certificate.
